Custom printing returns
If your print order was at all damaged in shipping, please email us a snapshot of the damage, and we’ll get another print out to you as soon as possible.
If your print order was not damaged, but you are unhappy with the quality of your print order, let us know and we’ll see what we can do. However, if we decide that the prints we made for you were a faithful reproduction of your digital file, we may refuse to reproduce your prints.
We will accept returns and offer full refunds within 30 days of sale if the product is returned in its original condition. Customer pays return shipping.
